While in High School, Linda saw the magic of a black and white print appear before her eyes in the developing tray. That was it, she was hooked on photography!
She attended Germain School of Photography in Manhattan 1975-76. She was hired in 1976 as a photographic printer by Robert Bundy, (who she later married in 1988), owner of Creative Photography in Pompton Plains NJ. Over the years she honed her photographic style, and her print making skills, she became an award winning Portrait Photographer, and a top custom- blue ribbon print maker.
She is renowned for her children's portraits and the whimsical sets she designs. Her gift of "play and tease" has won her acclaim throughout the tri-state area. Linda masterfully manipulates the moods of children, winning over even the most tough-willed!
She captures the many faces of a child's personality ~ From their laughter and smiles, to their wide eyed wonderment. Each pout, each moment of "silly's" ~ all are part of the beauty of being a child.
Part of the enjoyment of working with children, is their spontaneity. Children enjoy coming to her because it is such a fun and positive experience for them.
Over her 35 year career, she is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including: the coveted Kodak Gallery Award, PPANJ Court of Honors, Judges Choice, Best of Show. She has numerous Blue Ribbon print merits both at the state level ( Professional Photographers of NJ ) ,and also at the national level (Professional Photographers of America).
She has been a speaker / teacher on children's portraiture, and child wrangling, for both the Professional Photographers of NJ, and also for the Professional Photographers of America.
